NCOR1
NCOR1，全稱為核受體輔抑制因子1，常用別名是N-CoR。它是細胞內一種關鍵的調控蛋白，能與甲狀腺激素受體、維A酸受體等多種核受體結合，共同調節下游基因的表達，進而影響細胞增殖、分化及代謝等多種生理活動。
當NCOR1蛋白的功能出現異常時，可能導致細胞生長失控，與乳腺癌、前列腺癌等癌癥的發生發展相關；同時它在代謝平衡維持中也很重要，功能紊亂可能參與肥胖、2型糖尿病等代謝病的發病。目前針對NCOR1相關調控過程的藥物研發正在推進，研究人員嘗試通過調節它與核受體的相互作用來干預疾病，不過多數研究仍處于實驗室或早期臨床試驗階段，尚未進入臨床應用。
