NR4A2

NR4A2，全稱為核受體亞家族4A成員2，常用別名NURR1。它是一種核受體轉錄因子，廣泛表達于神經系統、免疫細胞及代謝活躍組織，參與神經細胞分化成熟、多巴胺能神經元維持、免疫調節及脂質代謝調控，對中樞神經系統穩態、免疫平衡及代謝穩態具有關鍵作用。 NR4A2表達異常與多種疾病密切相關，功能缺陷會導致多巴胺能神經元損傷，與帕金森病、阿爾茨海默病等神經退行性疾病相關；異常高表達則與肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等腫瘤相關，促進腫瘤細胞增殖、侵襲及耐藥，是腫瘤不良預后的潛在標志物。目前NR4A2調節劑處于臨床前研究階段，通過調控其轉錄活性，為神經退行性疾病及腫瘤提供新型治療思路。
