OPRD1
OPRD1，即μ阿片受體1，常被簡稱為MOR1。它是人體內介導阿片類物質作用的關鍵蛋白，能參與痛覺調節——當阿片類物質與它結合時，會減輕疼痛感知，同時也和愉悅感、獎賞反應相關。不過這種結合也可能帶來依賴或成癮風險，比如長期用阿片類鎮痛藥易讓身體產生依賴。
目前針對這個蛋白的藥物研發主要有兩個方向：一是開發更安全的鎮痛藥物，希望保留止痛效果的同時，減少成癮性和胃腸道不適等副作用；二是研究治療阿片依賴的藥物，通過調節它的活性幫助患者擺脫成癮。此外，這個蛋白的功能異常還可能與慢性疼痛、某些精神疾病相關，相關研究正不斷深入，為這些疾病的治療提供新思路。
