OPTN
OPTN，全稱為視神經病變誘導蛋白，常用別名FIP200結合蛋白。它是細胞內多功能調控蛋白，廣泛表達于人體各類組織，參與自噬調控、細胞凋亡、DNA損傷修復及免疫信號傳導，對細胞穩態、自噬功能及免疫防御具有關鍵作用。 OPTN功能異常與多種疾病密切相關，功能缺陷會導致自噬異常、DNA損傷累積，與肌萎縮側索硬化癥、青光眼等神經疾病及腫瘤相關；異常表達則會影響免疫信號傳導，加劇炎癥反應。目前OPTN調節劑處于臨床前研究階段，通過調控自噬及免疫功能，為神經疾病、腫瘤及炎癥疾病提供治療方向。
