OR52D1
OR52D1，即嗅覺受體52D1，屬于人體嗅覺受體家族的一員。這種蛋白主要分布在鼻腔內嗅覺感覺神經元的細胞膜上，核心作用是識別空氣中的特定氣味分子。當它與相應的氣味物質結合后，會引發細胞內部的一系列反應，最終讓我們感受到氣味的存在并區分不同氣味類型。
OR52D1功能出現異常，可能導致人體對某些氣味的感知能力下降甚至消失，與部分嗅覺障礙的發生存在關聯。目前針對嗅覺功能異常的研究中，有團隊探索通過調節這類嗅覺受體的活性來改善嗅覺問題，比如開發能靶向作用于這類受體的化合物，幫助恢復或增強嗅覺感知，但相關研究仍處于早期階段，尚未有成熟治療藥物進入臨床應用。
