PARP10
PARP10是聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶家族的一員，全稱為聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶10，常見別名包括TIPARP。它能給細胞內的蛋白質添加特殊的分子基團，這種修飾會改變蛋白質的功能，從而參與調節細胞的生長、應激反應和代謝等過程。研究顯示，PARP10在結直腸癌、肺癌等多種癌癥中存在異常表達，其變化可能促進腫瘤細胞的增殖或增強耐藥性。目前，針對PARP10的藥物開發處于早期階段，一些小分子抑制劑正在實驗室測試中，希望通過靶向該蛋白來抑制腫瘤進展，為癌癥治療開辟新路徑。它的作用還與免疫調節相關，部分研究提示其可能影響機體對腫瘤的免疫應答，這也為后續的藥物研發提供了更多方向。
