PDC
PDC，全稱為丙酮酸脫氫酶復合物，常用別名丙酮酸脫氫酶復合體。它是線粒體基質中的關鍵酶復合物，廣泛表達于人體各類組織，參與糖代謝的關鍵步驟，催化丙酮酸轉化為乙酰輔酶A，連接糖酵解與三羧酸循環，為細胞提供充足能量，維持機體正常代謝運轉。 PDC功能缺陷或表達不足會導致糖代謝異常，丙酮酸無法正常代謝而蓄積，引發乳酸酸中毒、神經肌肉疾病、線粒體病等，表現為肌肉無力、神經功能障礙、發育遲緩等癥狀。目前針對PDC的酶替代療法、輔酶補充制劑處于臨床前研究階段，有望改善糖代謝異常，為相關代謝及神經肌肉疾病提供治療思路。
