PLET1
PLET1，全稱為胎盤表達轉錄物1蛋白，常見別名包括PLAC1樣蛋白1，部分研究中也被簡稱為PLT1。這種蛋白最早在胎盤組織中被發現，后續在一些正常上皮細胞中也能檢測到，它參與細胞間的信息傳遞，影響細胞的生長和移動狀態。
在疾病領域，PLET1的表達異常與胰腺癌、卵巢癌、結直腸癌等多種癌癥密切相關，其高表達往往提示腫瘤細胞更活躍、侵襲性更強，因此常被當作腫瘤進展的潛在生物標記物。目前針對PLET1的藥物研發還處于早期探索階段，科研團隊正在嘗試開發靶向該蛋白的抗體或疫苗，希望通過干擾其功能來抑制腫瘤生長，但暫時還沒有成熟的藥物進入臨床應用階段。
