QPCT
QPCT，全稱為谷氨酰胺肽基環化轉移酶，常用別名肽基環化酶T。它是一種蛋白修飾酶，廣泛表達于人體各類組織，參與蛋白質谷氨酰胺殘基的環化修飾，調控蛋白質結構與功能，對細胞信號傳遞、免疫調節及腫瘤進展具有重要作用，同時參與神經肽的加工成熟。 QPCT異常高表達與多種惡性腫瘤密切相關，在肺癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等腫瘤中顯著升高，能夠促進腫瘤細胞增殖、侵襲轉移及免疫逃逸，提示患者預后不良。目前QPCT抑制劑處于臨床前研究階段，通過抑制其蛋白修飾活性，阻斷腫瘤惡性進展，為實體腫瘤提供新型治療方向。
