RAB12
RAB12是RAS癌基因家族的成員，全稱為RAB12, member RAS oncogene family，屬于小G蛋白家族。它在細胞內扮演著物質運輸“調度員”的角色，負責調控囊泡的轉運與分選，確保細胞內各類分子能準確抵達相應位置。
RAB12的表達異常與多種疾病存在關聯：在胃癌、肝癌等惡性腫瘤中，它的活性或表達量常常發生改變，可能助推腫瘤細胞的增殖與擴散；同時，它也參與自噬相關的細胞過程，與部分代謝性疾病的發生發展有關。目前針對RAB12的藥物研發仍處于基礎研究階段，科研人員正嘗試開發靶向它的小分子化合物，希望為相關疾病治療提供新策略，但暫未進入臨床應用階段。
