RAB33A
RAB33A，全稱為RAB33A Ras癌基因家族成員，是細胞內囊泡運輸系統的關鍵參與者，它在細胞內部扮演“交通調度員”的角色，調控高爾基體與內質網之間的物質傳遞，確保蛋白質等分子能精準到達目標位置，維持細胞正常的分泌和代謝活動。
當RAB33A功能異常時，可能打亂細胞內的物質運輸秩序，進而與某些疾病相關——比如在阿爾茨海默病中，它的活性失衡可能影響淀粉樣蛋白前體的加工過程，促進腦內淀粉樣斑塊形成，加重神經損傷。目前針對RAB33A的藥物研發仍處于早期探索階段，科研人員正嘗試通過調節其活性來干預相關疾病，但尚未有成熟的候選藥物進入臨床測試環節。

Immunofluorescence staining of PC-3 cells with CSB-PA613485LA01HU at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
