RAB6B
RAB6B是RAS癌基因家族的成員之一，全稱為RAB6B GTP酶，常被簡稱為RAB6B蛋白。它在細胞內扮演著“運輸導航員”的角色：高爾基體產生的蛋白質、信號分子等物質會被包裹在囊泡中，RAB6B能指引這些囊泡精準到達目標位置，確保細胞內物質交換和信息傳遞的順暢。
RAB6B異常與多種疾病相關。在乳腺癌、肺癌等惡性腫瘤中，它的表達水平往往顯著升高，可能加速腫瘤細胞的增殖和轉移；在自閉癥譜系障礙等神經發育疾病里，RAB6B的功能紊亂也可能影響神經細胞間的信號交流。目前針對RAB6B的靶向治療仍處于早期探索階段，科研人員正在篩選能調節其活性的小分子化合物，有望為相關疾病的治療帶來新突破。
