RAD51AP1

RAD51AP1，全稱為RAD51關(guān)聯(lián)蛋白1，常被視作RAD51蛋白的“協(xié)作伙伴”。當細胞內(nèi)DNA雙鏈發(fā)生斷裂時，它能協(xié)助RAD51精準定位到損傷部位，促進RAD51形成穩(wěn)定的修復(fù)結(jié)構(gòu)，高效完成DNA的修復(fù)過程。RAD51AP1功能異常會導(dǎo)致DNA修復(fù)效率下降，可能讓細胞內(nèi)基因突變積累，進而與乳腺癌、卵巢癌等癌癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)——部分腫瘤患者的組織中，RAD51AP1的表達水平會出現(xiàn)異常波動。目前針對該蛋白的藥物研發(fā)處于早期探索階段，研究人員希望通過抑制其功能，削弱腫瘤細胞的DNA修復(fù)能力，讓腫瘤對放療或化療更敏感，為癌癥治療提供新的潛在方向。
