RNASE7
RNASE7，全稱為核糖核酸酶7，常被簡稱為RNase7。它是人體先天免疫體系里的關鍵成員，廣泛存在于皮膚角質層、口腔黏膜、尿道上皮等部位。這種蛋白能針對性降解細菌的RNA，從而抑制金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌等多種常見致病菌的生長繁殖，為身體筑起一道抵御外界微生物入侵的天然防線。
當皮膚或黏膜屏障受損時，RNase7的表達水平可能發生改變，這與一些感染性疾病密切相關，比如慢性皮膚炎癥伴隨的細菌感染、反復發作的尿路感染等。目前，它的抗菌特性受到不少關注，研究人員正探索將其應用于皮膚護理產品以增強屏障防御能力，或是開發新型抗菌制劑來應對耐藥菌問題，但相關成果仍處于實驗室研究或早期開發階段，尚未進入臨床應用。
