RNH1
RNH1,全稱為核糖核酸酶抑制因子 1,常用別名 RNase 抑制劑。它廣泛存在于人體細(xì)胞質(zhì)當(dāng)中,能夠特異性抑制核糖核酸酶過(guò)度活化,保護(hù)細(xì)胞內(nèi) RNA 分子穩(wěn)定完整,同時(shí)參與細(xì)胞抗氧化應(yīng)激保護(hù)、細(xì)胞存活狀態(tài)維持,保障細(xì)胞正常轉(zhuǎn)錄翻譯生理活動(dòng)。
RNH1 表達(dá)異常紊亂在乳腺癌、宮頸癌、卵巢癌等多種腫瘤中明顯升高,會(huì)改變細(xì)胞 RNA 代謝穩(wěn)態(tài),促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞惡性增殖、侵襲遷移以及化療藥物耐藥產(chǎn)生,同時(shí)也參與機(jī)體氧化應(yīng)激損傷病理過(guò)程。目前針對(duì) RNH1 靶向調(diào)控的小分子抑制藥物仍處于臨床前研究階段,通過(guò)恢復(fù)細(xì)胞正常 RNA 代謝平衡,為多種婦科及實(shí)體惡性腫瘤治療提供潛在全新思路。

IHC image of CSB-PA019801LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
