SCN1A
SCN1A，全稱為鈉通道蛋白1α亞基，常用別名鈉通道α1亞基。它是細胞膜上的電壓門控鈉通道核心亞基，主要表達于神經系統，參與神經細胞膜電位調控、動作電位產生與傳導，維持神經系統正常信號傳遞，對中樞及周圍神經功能至關重要。 SCN1A突變及功能異常與多種神經系統疾病密切相關，突變會導致鈉通道功能異常，引發癲癇、熱性驚厥、孤獨癥等疾病，其中全身性癲癇伴熱性驚厥附加癥與該基因突變密切相關。目前針對SCN1A的通道調節劑處于臨床前及早期臨床研究階段，通過修復通道功能，為癲癇等神經疾病提供精準治療方案。
