SFTPA1
SFTPA1，全稱為肺表面活性物質(zhì)相關(guān)蛋白A1，常被簡稱為SP-A1，是肺泡上皮細(xì)胞分泌的關(guān)鍵蛋白之一。它是肺表面活性物質(zhì)的核心組分，能維持肺泡在呼吸時的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，避免肺泡塌陷，保障正常的氣體交換；同時還能識別肺部入侵的細(xì)菌、病毒等病原體，啟動免疫反應(yīng)清除異物，調(diào)節(jié)肺部炎癥水平。
SFTPA1表達(dá)或功能出現(xiàn)異常時，可能引發(fā)急性呼吸窘迫綜合征、肺炎、肺纖維化等疾病——比如在急性呼吸窘迫綜合征患者中，SP-A1水平往往顯著降低，導(dǎo)致肺部功能受損。目前針對SP-A1的研究聚焦于補充外源性蛋白改善肺部疾病癥狀，或通過調(diào)控其表達(dá)增強肺部防御能力，部分臨床前研究已取得積極進(jìn)展，為相關(guān)肺部疾病的治療提供了新的思路。
