SFTPB
SFTPB，全稱為肺表面活性蛋白 B，常用別名肺泡表面活性蛋白 B。它特異性表達于肺泡 Ⅱ 型上皮細胞，能夠降低肺泡表面張力，維持肺泡舒張穩定狀態，防止呼氣時肺泡萎陷塌陷，保障肺部正常通氣換氣功能，是呼吸系統維持正常呼吸生理必不可少的核心蛋白。
SFTPB 先天缺陷或后天表達不足，會引發新生兒呼吸窘迫綜合征、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、間質性肺病、肺部反復感染等多種呼吸疾病，嚴重損害肺部通氣換氣能力，威脅生命健康。目前 SFTPB 蛋白替代治療、基因修復療法均處于臨床前及早期臨床研究階段，通過補充修復蛋白功能，為先天性及慢性肺部呼吸疾病提供長期安全有效的全新治療方向。
