SLC38A9
SLC38A9，全稱為溶質載體家族38成員9，常用別名是SNAT9。它是一種跨膜轉運蛋白，主要負責將谷氨酰胺等氨基酸輸送到細胞內。這種蛋白在細胞感知營養狀態的過程里起著關鍵作用——當細胞外谷氨酰胺充足時，它能高效轉運該氨基酸進入細胞，進而影響細胞生長、增殖相關的調控過程，幫助細胞根據營養水平調整代謝節奏。
在疾病方面，它和多種腫瘤關系密切，比如部分肝癌、結直腸癌中，其表達量明顯上升，可能為腫瘤細胞提供更多營養以支持快速增殖；此外，它在神經系統中的分布也提示可能與神經退行性疾病的進展有關。藥物研發上，目前有針對它的小分子抑制劑處于實驗室研究階段，希望通過阻斷其轉運功能來切斷腫瘤細胞的營養供應，不過這些候選藥物尚未進入臨床試驗，仍在優化改進中。
