SMAD6
SMAD6，全稱為母親抗decapentaplegic同源蛋白6，常用別名包括MADH6。它是人體信號平衡的重要“調(diào)節(jié)器”，能抑制某些信號的過度活躍，避免細(xì)胞生長、分化出現(xiàn)異常。比如在骨骼系統(tǒng)中，SMAD6參與骨組織的形成與重塑，功能異常時易引發(fā)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎等疾病；在心臟發(fā)育過程里，它助力心臟結(jié)構(gòu)的正常構(gòu)建，相關(guān)突變可能導(dǎo)致房間隔缺損等先天性心臟病。此外，它與肝癌等腫瘤的發(fā)生也存在關(guān)聯(lián)，其表達(dá)變化可能影響腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖活性。目前針對SMAD6的藥物研發(fā)仍處于早期探索階段，研究人員正嘗試開發(fā)小分子化合物或靶向制劑，通過調(diào)節(jié)其活性來改善骨病或心臟疾病的癥狀，為這些疾病的治療開辟新的可能。
