SSTR1
SSTR1，全稱為生長抑素受體1，常被簡稱為SST1R。它是一類分布于人體神經系統、內分泌器官及部分腫瘤組織的受體蛋白，能與生長抑素結合并發揮作用。兩者結合后，可調節細胞生長節奏與激素分泌，比如抑制胰島素、胰高血糖素等激素的釋放，也能減緩異常細胞的增殖速度。
在疾病領域，神經內分泌腫瘤、胰腺癌等疾病中常存在SSTR1表達的異常，部分腫瘤細胞會過度表達SSTR1，使其成為治療這些疾病的潛在靶點。藥物研發方面，已有長效肽類類似物可作用于包括SSTR1在內的生長抑素受體家族，用于控制腫瘤生長或緩解激素過多引發的癥狀；同時，針對SSTR1的小分子靶向藥物也在研發中，期望能更精準地發揮治療效果，改善患者預后。
