SSTR4
SSTR4，即生長抑素受體4，屬于生長抑素受體家族成員，在大腦、胃腸道等組織中廣泛分布。它能與生長抑素結合，進而調節細胞生長、激素分泌等多種生理活動——比如在大腦里，它參與神經信號傳遞的調控，可能影響記憶和認知功能；在胃腸道，它會抑制部分消化液和激素的釋放，維持消化功能的穩定。
SSTR4異常與一些疾病相關：阿爾茨海默病患者的大腦中，SSTR4的表達水平常發生改變，可能影響神經細胞的存活與功能；部分胃腸道腫瘤里，它的活性變化也可能參與腫瘤的生長過程。目前針對SSTR4的藥物研發正在推進，一些候選藥物試圖通過調節它的活性來治療相關疾病，比如改善神經退行性疾病的癥狀、抑制腫瘤細胞增殖，部分已進入臨床試驗階段。
