STEAP1B
STEAP1B，全稱為六跨膜前列腺上皮抗原 1B，無額外通用別名。它是前列腺組織特異性跨膜蛋白，主要定位于細胞膜結構，參與細胞金屬離子轉運、氧化還原穩態平衡調控，維持前列腺腺體正常生理結構與功能穩定，在正常前列腺組織中低表達。
STEAP1B 在前列腺癌細胞中高度特異性異常高表達，是前列腺癌標志性腫瘤特異性抗原，能夠促進腫瘤細胞增殖、侵襲轉移，同時也是前列腺癌早期診斷、預后評估的重要分子標志物。目前靶向 STEAP1B 單克隆抗體、抗體偶聯藥物、CAR-T 細胞療法均處于臨床前研發階段，是前列腺癌精準靶向免疫治療極具潛力的熱門開發靶點。
