SUCNR1
SUCNR1，全稱為琥珀酸受體1，常用別名是GPR91。這種蛋白是細胞表面的受體分子，能感知體內琥珀酸的水平變化，進而參與調控代謝平衡、血管生成和炎癥反應等多種生理過程。SUCNR1功能異常時，可能與多種疾病相關：比如糖尿病腎病患者中，過高的琥珀酸會激活該受體，推動腎組織纖維化，加重腎臟損傷；心肌缺血后，它的激活可能影響血管修復，加劇心肌損傷；此外，它還參與炎癥性腸病的炎癥反應調控。目前針對SUCNR1的藥物研發處于早期階段，一些選擇性受體拮抗劑在動物實驗中顯示出緩解相關疾病的潛力，但尚未進入大規模臨床應用，仍需進一步探索其安全性與治療價值。
