Siglec-11
Siglec-11，全稱為唾液酸結合免疫球蛋白樣凝集素 11，常用別名 SIGLEC11。它特異性表達于人腦小膠質細胞，能夠識別神經細胞表面唾液酸糖鏈，參與中樞神經系統免疫調節、神經炎癥穩態維持，對大腦微環境穩定與神經細胞保護至關重要。 Siglec-11 異常激活會介導慢性神經炎癥、小膠質細胞過度活化，與阿爾茨海默病、帕金森病等神經退行性疾病密切相關，是中樞神經炎癥關鍵靶點。目前靶向抑制 Siglec-11 的小分子藥物、抗體療法均處于臨床前研究，通過緩解中樞慢性炎癥損傷，為難治性神經退行性疾病提供潛在干預方案。
