Siglec-14
Siglec-14，全稱為唾液酸結合免疫球蛋白樣凝集素 14，常用別名 SIGLEC14。它主要表達于單核細胞、巨噬細胞等固有免疫細胞，屬于激活型唾液酸受體，可識別病原體及異常細胞表面唾液酸結構，促進免疫細胞活化、炎癥應答與病原體清除。 Siglec-14 功能異常與細菌病毒感染、慢性氣道炎癥、哮喘以及肺部腫瘤相關，功能缺失會降低機體抗感染免疫防御能力。目前針對 Siglec-14 激動型抗體及靶向調節劑處于臨床前研究，通過增強固有免疫應答，為感染性疾病、呼吸道慢性炎癥及肺部腫瘤提供新型治療思路。
