Siglec-5
Siglec-5，全稱為唾液酸結合免疫球蛋白樣凝集素 5，常用別名 CD170。它主要表達于中性粒細胞、單核細胞等髓系免疫細胞表面，可結合唾液酸配體，參與免疫細胞活化抑制、炎癥反應調控，維持機體免疫耐受，避免過度炎癥造成組織損傷。 Siglec-5 功能紊亂與自身免疫病、慢性炎癥、神經系統炎癥及血液腫瘤相關，異常抑制信號會削弱機體抗感染與抗腫瘤免疫能力。現階段針對 Siglec-5 的阻斷性抗體、靶向小分子調節劑處于臨床前研究，通過解除免疫抑制、恢復免疫細胞殺傷功能，在自身免疫疾病與腫瘤免疫治療領域具備良好開發前景。
