TASL

TASL，全稱為 TLR 信號銜接蛋白 TASL，常用別名 SLC15A4 銜接蛋白。它主要特異性表達于樹突狀細胞、單核細胞等免疫細胞當中，參與免疫應答活化、干擾素分泌釋放以及抗病毒抗菌免疫防御反應，能夠有效啟動機體固有免疫，清除入侵病原體，維持體內(nèi)免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)平衡。
TASL 異常持續(xù)活化會過度觸發(fā)炎癥應答，誘發(fā)系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡等多種自身免疫慢性炎癥疾病；而蛋白功能缺陷則會大幅降低機體抗感染能力，增加病原體感染風險，同時該蛋白也參與血液腫瘤免疫微環(huán)境調(diào)控。目前 TASL 阻斷性單克隆抗體、小分子抑制調(diào)節(jié)劑均處于臨床前研究階段，通過調(diào)控免疫活化強度，為自身免疫病、慢性感染類疾病提供安全有效的新型干預方向。
