TM9SF1
TM9SF1，全稱為跨膜9超家族成員1，這種跨膜蛋白存在于細(xì)胞膜表面，參與細(xì)胞間的黏附、物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)及吞噬等生理過程，對維持細(xì)胞正常狀態(tài)至關(guān)重要。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，TM9SF1表達(dá)異常與胃癌、肝癌等多種腫瘤相關(guān)，在這些癌癥組織中其水平明顯升高，可能促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖、侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移。目前針對TM9SF1藥物研發(fā)仍處于早期探索階段，科研人員正嘗試開發(fā)能調(diào)控其功能的分子，以期抑制腫瘤進(jìn)展，但相關(guān)藥物尚未進(jìn)入臨床應(yīng)用，未來還需更多研究驗(yàn)證其治療效果。
