TNFAIP6

TNFAIP6，全稱為腫瘤壞死因子α誘導蛋白6，常用別名為TSG-6。該蛋白多在炎癥反應發生時被誘導生成，能與多種分子相互作用，既可以緩解過度炎癥，也能參與組織修復——比如軟骨受損時，它可結合特定成分減輕炎癥對軟骨的破壞，發揮保護作用。
疾病方面，類風濕關節炎、骨關節炎患者體內TNFAIP6水平常出現異常，與病情進展程度相關；部分腫瘤中它的異常升高也可能推動腫瘤細胞的擴散轉移。藥物研發上，目前已有針對該蛋白的候選藥物探索，比如重組TSG-6蛋白或相關抑制劑，這些研究多處于臨床前或早期試驗階段，目標是通過調節其功能來改善炎癥性關節疾病癥狀，或抑制腫瘤的侵襲。
