TRIM63

TRIM63，全稱為肌肉環指蛋白1，常用別名是MuRF1，是肌肉組織里關鍵的調節蛋白之一。它主要在骨骼肌和心肌細胞中發揮作用，當肌肉長期閑置、身體代謝狀態改變時，會參與清理細胞內多余或受損的蛋白質，幫助維持肌肉結構與功能的平衡。但如果TRIM63活性異常增強，可能導致肌肉蛋白質分解過度，引發肌肉力量下降、體積縮小等問題——比如老年人常見的肌肉流失、長期臥床者的肌肉萎縮，或是某些肌營養不良疾病中，都能看到它的表達水平明顯升高。目前科研人員正嘗試調節它的活性來保護肌肉，相關實驗已在細胞或動物模型中取得初步進展，但距離臨床應用仍需進一步驗證。
