TRPM1
TRPM1，全稱為瞬時(shí)受體電位離子通道蛋白1，也被稱為TRPM1蛋白。該蛋白在視網(wǎng)膜中發(fā)揮重要作用，參與光信號(hào)傳遞。TRPM1蛋白在視網(wǎng)膜的ON雙極細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，當(dāng)光信號(hào)到來時(shí)，它能夠響應(yīng)并調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞內(nèi)的鈣離子濃度，從而影響視覺信號(hào)的傳遞。此外，TRPM1蛋白在黑色素細(xì)胞中也有表達(dá)，與黑色素瘤的侵襲性相關(guān)。TRPM1蛋白的突變與先天性靜止性夜盲癥（CSNB）有關(guān)，這是一種影響夜視能力的遺傳性疾病。目前，針對(duì)TRPM1蛋白的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在開發(fā)能夠抑制其活性或調(diào)節(jié)其功能的藥物，以治療相關(guān)疾病。

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA773791LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
