UAP1
UAP1，全稱為 UDP-N - 乙酰葡糖胺焦磷酸化酶 1，常見別名有 AGX1、AGX2、SPAG2，廣泛存在于細胞質與細胞核中，參與己糖胺生物合成的關鍵步驟，為糖蛋白、糖脂合成提供前體物質，同時維持細胞糖基化修飾與能量代謝平衡，在細胞增殖、免疫應答等過程中發揮重要作用。
UAP1異常與多種疾病相關，在前列腺癌、膀胱癌等多種腫瘤中高表達，可促進腫瘤細胞增殖與侵襲，突變還會引發智力發育遲緩、糖代謝紊亂等問題。目前針對 UAP1 的研究多集中于腫瘤靶向治療，小分子抑制劑已進入臨床前篩選階段，同時相關檢測試劑也在開發中，為腫瘤診療與代謝疾病干預提供了新方向。
