UGCG
UGCG，全稱為尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖神經酰胺葡萄糖基轉移酶，常用別名是葡萄糖神經酰胺合酶（GCS）。它在細胞內扮演關鍵角色，能推動神經酰胺與葡萄糖結合生成葡萄糖神經酰胺，這是糖鞘脂合成過程里的核心環節。糖鞘脂不僅參與維持細胞膜的正常結構，還會影響細胞間的信號傳遞和功能調控。
UGCG功能異常和多種疾病有關聯：部分癌癥患者體內它的活性升高，可能助長大腫瘤細胞的遷移與擴散；一些代謝疾病和神經退行性疾病中，糖鞘脂代謝紊亂也和它的作用失衡相關。目前針對該蛋白的藥物研發聚焦于抑制劑，部分候選藥物在實驗室研究中展現出抑制腫瘤轉移或改善代謝問題的效果，但多數仍處于早期研究階段，距離臨床應用還有一段距離。
