UGDH
UGDH，即尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖脫氫酶，也常被叫做UDP-葡萄糖脫氫酶。它在細胞里起著關鍵作用，能把UDP-葡萄糖轉化為UDP-葡萄糖醛酸——這種物質是體內糖基化反應的重要原料，參與糖蛋白、糖脂等分子的合成，還能幫助身體代謝解毒一些毒素和藥物。
UGDH表達或活性異常和不少疾病有關：比如在肝癌這類肝臟疾病中，它的水平變化會影響細胞代謝平衡，推動病情發展；在糖尿病等代謝病里，它的功能紊亂也可能加重糖代謝的混亂。目前針對它的藥物研究還在探索階段，有些抑制其活性的物質正在被研究，希望能為相關疾病治療提供新方向，但尚未有成熟藥物上市。
