VHL
von Hippel-Lindau蛋白（簡稱pVHL）是一種關(guān)鍵的腫瘤抑制蛋白，常見別名包括VHL腫瘤抑制因子。它參與細(xì)胞對(duì)氧氣變化的適應(yīng)過程，協(xié)助調(diào)控血管生成、細(xì)胞增殖等相關(guān)分子活動(dòng)，維持機(jī)體組織的正常穩(wěn)態(tài)。當(dāng)VHL功能異常時(shí)，可能導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞生長失控，引發(fā)VHL綜合征——患者易出現(xiàn)視網(wǎng)膜血管瘤、腎細(xì)胞癌、胰腺囊腫等病變。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對(duì)VHL相關(guān)的腎細(xì)胞癌，已有舒尼替尼、索拉非尼等靶向藥物用于臨床，通過干擾異常血管生成抑制腫瘤生長；同時(shí)，針對(duì)VHL蛋白缺陷引發(fā)的分子異常，新型靶向療法（如HIF抑制劑）也在積極研發(fā)中，為相關(guān)疾病患者帶來更多治療希望。
