WNT2B

WNT2B，全稱為Wnt家族蛋白2B，常見別名包括WNT2B1、WNT13。作為Wnt家族的一員，它在人體胚胎發育和成年組織穩態中發揮關鍵作用——胚胎時期參與腸道、肺部等器官的形成，成年后則幫助維持組織的正常功能，影響細胞的生長、分化與遷移。當WNT2B表達出現異常時，可能關聯多種疾病：比如胃癌、結直腸癌患者體內，其表達水平常明顯升高，可能推動腫瘤細胞的增殖與擴散；部分骨骼發育異常疾病中，也能觀察到它的表達紊亂。目前針對它的靶向干預研究正在進行，一些小分子抑制劑或抗體藥物處于臨床前實驗或早期臨床試驗階段，試圖通過調節其活性來控制相關疾病進展，但尚未有成熟藥物正式上市。
