WNT6
WNT6是Wnt蛋白家族的成員之一，全稱為Wnt家族成員6，它在人體生理活動中扮演著多面角色：胚胎發育階段，它參與組織構建與器官形成，比如皮膚毛囊的發育、乳腺導管的形成都和它有關；成年后，它也參與皮膚損傷后的修復等過程。
當WNT6的活性出現失衡時，可能與多種疾病掛鉤。部分乳腺癌患者的腫瘤組織中，WNT6的表達會異常升高；結直腸癌、卵巢癌等癌癥的進展，也常伴隨它的調控紊亂。針對這類蛋白相關的生理調控路徑，科研人員正在探索靶向藥物，比如小分子抑制劑或特異性抗體，試圖通過調節相關過程來控制腫瘤生長，不過多數藥物仍處于臨床前研究或早期臨床試驗階段。
