YBX1
YBX1，全稱為Y盒結(jié)合蛋白1，常用別名Y盒蛋白1。它是一種多功能核蛋白，廣泛表達于人體各類組織，參與基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控、RNA剪切、翻譯調(diào)控及DNA損傷修復，對細胞增殖、分化、凋亡及腫瘤進展具有關(guān)鍵調(diào)控作用，維持細胞正常生理功能及基因組穩(wěn)定。 YBX1異常高表達與多種惡性腫瘤密切相關(guān)，在肺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌等腫瘤中顯著升高，能夠促進腫瘤細胞增殖、侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移、耐藥及血管新生，是腫瘤不良預后的重要標志物。目前YBX1抑制劑處于臨床前研究階段，通過抑制其轉(zhuǎn)錄及翻譯調(diào)控功能，阻斷腫瘤惡性進展，為實體腫瘤提供精準治療方案。

Overlay Peak curve showing jurkat cells stained with CSB-RA949891A0HU (red line) at 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100 for 10min. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1ug/1*106cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was Rabbit IgG (1ug/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
